2. REFUND POLICY: I understand that by signing up for the Become His Obsession program with Jake and Melissa Woodard, I am agreeing to the refund policy stated at the time of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted by email within 7 days of the program start date (May 26- June 2, 2026) to be eligible. After this 7-day period, all sales are final and no refunds, transfers or credits will be issued and no exceptions will be granted. Upon purchase, participants will gain full access to the event, including replays for each live training as they conclude.

3. WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY: I hereby forever release and waive my right to bring suit against Jake Woodard Coaching Inc., Jake and Melissa Woodard, or anyone associated with them. 4. AUDIO/VIDEO PERMISSION: I understand audio/video recording and pictures will be taken during the program with Jake Woodard. If I choose to be on camera via zoom video, I give full permission to Jake Woodard Coaching Inc. and any associates to use any audio/video that is captured during the time of the event. I give full permission for the audio/video/pictures to be used for any marketing purposes.
