2. REFUND POLICY: I understand that by signing up for this workshop with Jake Woodard, I agree no refund will be issued if the request is made after seven (7) calendar days from the Date of Purchase. If your request for a refund is made after 7 calendar days, no refund will be issued.

WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY: By registering for this workshop, I forever release and waive my right to bring suit against Jake Woodard Coaching Inc., Jake Woodard, or anyone associated with Jake Woodard. I understand that this means I give up my right to bring any claims, including for personal injuries, death, disease or, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence, and give up any claim I may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement has been made.
