3. REFUND POLICY: By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are not guaranteed and are only available under a completion-based guarantee.

A refund may be requested only if you complete the program in full, attend all live calls, complete and submit all required assignments, actively participate in the program community, and genuinely believe you did not experience meaningful personal growth. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the program’s completion date.

All other sales are final. Refunds, transfers, or credits will not be issued for partial participation, missed calls, incomplete assignments, early withdrawal, or failure to meet the above requirements.

4. WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY: By attending this event, you irrevocably release and waive any right to pursue legal action against Jake Woodard Coaching Inc., Jake Woodard or anyone associated with the organization. This includes any claims of personal injury, death, illness, or loss—whether known, unknown, anticipated, or unforeseen. You acknowledge that no promises, inducements, or guarantees have been made, and you voluntarily accept all associated risks.

5. Trigger Warning: Be aware that during this event, you may encounter discussions that challenge your beliefs, including raw emotions, strong language, opinions based on facts, research, and personal insights. Boundaries will be explored, and topics may be intense. We encourage you to do your own research, form your own opinions, and understand that the insights shared here are not medical advice, but rather offered from a place of care and love.

6. Split Payment: If you choose the split pay option you are fully responsible for the entire payment. You agree that the payments will be automatically deducted from your selected bank account.

7. 1:1 Coaching: You understand that this is a group coaching program and Jake will select random people at the end of the calls for a chance to do live coaching with him. Not everyone will be selected for this.

8. Audio/Video Permission: I understand audio/video recording and pictures will be taken during the Workshop with Jake Woodard. If I choose to be on camera via zoom video, I give full permission to Jake Woodard Coaching Inc. and any associates to use any audio/video that is captured during the time of the event. I give full permission for the audio/video/pictures to be used for any marketing purposes.
